This scraper quick freezing machine consists of a compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, etc.
The evaporator is composed of one or several cylinders connected to each other. Each cylinder is composed of two coaxial circular tubes, forming two annular spaces inside and outside. The outer annular space is the evaporation chamber, while the inner annular space flows the liquid to be cooled.
Each cylindrical evaporator has a rotating shaft, on which a scraper made of wear-resistant material is installed. The scraper continuously scrapes the inner tube surface (i.e. heat exchange surface) of the evaporator. The shaft is driven by a motor installed at one end of the cylindrical evaporator, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the shaft through a flexible coupling via a reducer. The cylindrical evaporator is wrapped with a layer of insulation material and covered with a stainless steel cover.
